Inovasi Bisnis Digital di tengah Pandemi COVID-19
Abstract
Objektif. Mengetahui bagaimana inovasi bisnis digital di tengah pandemic COVID-19. Literatur ini penting dibuat untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman mengenai inovasi bisnis digital sehingga pemulihan ekonomi nasional cepat tercapai.
Material and Metode. Tulisan ini merupakan tinjauan pustaka. Literatur didapatkan dari Science Direct and Google Scholar. Kata kunci yang digunakan adalah bisnis, digital, e-commerce, inovasi, multimedia. Setelah dilakukan skrining berdasarkan judul, abstrak, dan isi teks secara keseluruhan, didapatkan jurnal sejumlah 10 jurnal.
Hasil Inovasi bisnis digital meliputi penggunaan e-commerce, media sosial, dan multimedia untuk menawarkan produk dan jasa. Di samping itu ada teknologi baru yaitu EPI Cube. Teknologi baru ini memberikan pengalaman kombinasi antara virtual dan fisik untuk menampilkan suatu produk. Kreativitas sangat diperlukan untuk meningkatkan pemasaran.
Kesimpulan Inovasi bisnis di bidang digital memerlukan sarana dan prasarana multimedia, e-commerce, dan media sosial. Kreativitas diperlukan untuk meningkatkan pemasukan. Kelebihan bisnis digital adalah bisa menjangkau pasaran yang luas.
