Pengaruh Beban Kerja Dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Kawan Malang
Abstract
Objektif. Diharapkan dengan beban kerja dan disiplin kerja yang tepat dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan.
Material and Metode. Metode analisis penelitian menguji hipotesis dengan asosiatif kausal dan pendekatan kuantitatif, populasi penelitian yang diambil sebesar 55 karyawan.
Hasil. Pengujian dengan koefisien jalur pengaruh variabel beban kerja (X1) dan disiplin kerja (X2) terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) menggunakan pengujian statistik dimana nilai koefisien korelasi (R) sebesar 0,660 yang menunjukkan beban kerja dan disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 66 %.
Kesimpulan. Beban kerja dan disiplin kerja yang tepat mampu meningkatkan kinerja karyawan pada Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Kawan Malang.
