Pengaruh Stres Kerja Dan Konflik Kerja Terhadap Semangat Kerja Dan Kinerja Karyawan Studi Pada BPR Kawan Malang
Abstract
Objektif. Meneliti seberapa besar stres kerja dan konflik kerja mempengaruhi semangat kerja dan kinerja karyawan.
Material and Metode. Analisis yang digunakan yaitu asosiatif kausal, pendekatan kuantitatif dan populasi sebanyak 60.
Hasil. Stres kerja (X1) dan disiplin kerja (X2) terhadap semangat kerja (Y1) dan kinerja karyawan (Y2) hasil dari analisis jalur persamaan regresi Y2= 0,463X1+0,236X2+0,247Y1, menunjukkan stres kerja dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap semangat kerja dan kinerja karyawan.
Kesimpulan. Stres kerja dan konflik kerja mempunyai pengaruh terhadap semangat kerja dan kinerja karyawan.
