KOMBINASI ANALISIS SWOT, PESTEL, DAN MCKINSEY 7S UNTUK MENGANALISIS LINGKUNGAN BISNIS INKUBATOR BISNIS PUTRA SANG FAJAR BLITAR
Abstract
Wilayah Blitar merupakan wilayah dengan potensi ekonomi yang bagus namun potensi tersebut belum dapat dioptimalkan dengan baik. Oleh karena itu sebagai Perguruan Tinggi Negeri Vokasi di Blitar, Akademi Komunitas Negeri Putra Sang Fajar membentuk Inkubator Bisnis Putra Sang Fajar. Untuk mencapai tujuan dari inkubator bisnis dan merespon segala dinamika yang ada di lingkungan internal maupun eksternal organisasi maka perlu dilakukan penyusunan strategi yang dilakukan melalui analisis SWOT, McKinsey7S, dan PESTEL.
Analisis SWOT digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor internal dan eksternal yang relevan dengan inkubator bisnis. Faktor internal diidentifikasi dengan menggunakan kerangka kerja McKinsey 7S dan dirangkum ke dalam IFAS sementara faktor eksternal diidentifikasi dengan menggunakan analisis PESTEL dan dirangkum ke dalam EFAS. Hasil dari IFAS dan EFAS dikombinasikan menjadi SFAS yang dapat digunakan dalam perumusan strategi
Berdasarkan analisis didapatkan bahwa faktor internal yang paling memberikan dampak adalah kompetensi yang dimiliki oleh staf, sementara faktor eksternal yang paling memberikan dampak adalah sarana dan fasilitas yang diberikan oleh AKB selaku organisasi induk.
Pendekatan holistik yang menggabungkan analisis SWOT, kerangka kerja McKinsey 7S, dan analisis PESTEL dapat membantu inkubator bisnis untuk lebih spesifik dalam menganalisis kondisi lingkungan bisnis. Ketiga metode ini memberikan wawasan mendalam tentang faktor internal dan eksternal yang relevan dengan inkubator bisnis, sehingga membantu dalam mengidentifikasi langkah-langkah yang diperlukan untuk mencapai tujuan strategisnya.
